I had a nervous breakdown at Christmas. I still get the occasional bad day. Today was one of them. The weather doesn't help either, been tipping down here all day and my phone is broken. I'm picking up wifi but there's no carrier settings. So I've been winding myself up trying to "fix" it all day. And I'm finally relaxing now. Trying to anyway. I'll be ok. Each day at a time.

red one day at a time is best. I suffer from the black dog and some days I just can't face getting out of bed never mind doing anything else. Shit weather makes it a million times worse. I just don't see the point of doing anything if it's cold/wet/blowing a gale. I see it as a day healing instead. Try to view it positively if you have a day where you achieve nothing. You have rested your body and mind and that is good.
