That's crazy vanilla! Either they're unaware of the risks or they're aware but don't care about the other people who will have to risk their lives to save them.

Surely people aren't completely clueless to the risks? They must know that it's so dangerous?

Must be so heartbreaking for their families.

I think they think "oh,it's a nice day, let"s go for a walk,"forgetting that the peak is 3000ft up and covered in snow.

We've got a peak of 1955ft near us. No where near your 3000ft one. And even in that the weather can change extremely quickly. Cloud can come down very quickly even on a good day. People have no idea.

Ouch! Looks like a bitch of a journey AGL. Trains panic me. I don't really use public transport all that often. DP is from London so whenever we go there, I just let him drag me around and make sure I get on the right train/bus.

Trains set off my anxiety like nothing else :( The last journey is okay cause I've done it many times, but the rest...
