There will be - probably immediate - competition for a house that nice, and there would be no reason for the landlord to reduce the rent. I do recall an incident at Whitsands near Plymbo when we were first dating; tide came in super quickly, we were trapped on the rocks and had to be rescued by a guy in a kayak.
