Hangover Poo

They're the most disgusting part of a bad hangover yet they're never talked about. Why we go to the pub last night after civilised dinner and shared bottle of wine? Who thought ciders and a lock in was a good idea knowing I'd be up with ds at 6? Now there's liquid acid coming out my backside.

I actually find that my condition greatly improves after a visit to the loo the next morning, I think my body is just pleased to get the toxins out.

Regular coco cola is my hangover drink - it's a treat in itself as that is the only time I drink sugary drinks and the sugar helps with temporarily raising my blood sugar which might be low. An old professor of mine who spent much time out in the field doing research in various countries with dodgy drinking water says CocaCola is the go to drink for when he inevitably developed diarrhea from food/water poisoning and you can buy it in every country in the world. One of the rare times that sugar is a good thing!
