So I'm watching the telly while DD lies in her cot refusing to sleeptakes a nap and the Muller advert came on. The one about the winning gold for £50,000. There is something about that advert that just gives me the rage. I have to mute the telly and close my eyes until I predict it's over.

"I never won gold at the olympics but now I'm your Fairy GoodMuller, you can!" Argh!!!!

What adverts annoy my lovely Mumsnetters? Doesn't just have to be telly.

The Subway ad where the guy has taken the woman there on a date and starts worrying that she might 'order the entire menu'. What the fuck - does she look like she's going to do that? Then he says to himself 'please go for the £3 meal deal, please go for the turkey and ham, please' and when she does - 'phew!' Jesus Christ big spender, you've only taken her to bloody Subway.

He always reminds me of the actor off Malcolm in the Middle

That ad just came on... Angry

I quite like the Alpen one. "Eating Alpen will have no positive impact on your day, but it tastes nice!"

Two adverts in the cinema that have given me the rage:

The Prince's Trust - the premise of which is that if you're unlucky enough to have been born poor and disadvantaged and happen to be a girl, then you'll most likely end up as a prostitute. Sure, we all know there's a correlation between poverty and prostitution, but there are myriad ways in which your life might be affected by poverty but prostitution is by no means inevitable. FFFFS.

This - www.theguardian.com/media/2016/jul/05/spice-girls-wannabe-video-gets-remake-for-female-equality-push which, in promoting equality for women and girls, does so through the objectifying medium of sexualised dancing, twerking, and bare midriffs. And with no sense of irony.

I HATE the radio advert for McDonalds (always on Radio X at the moment), where the voice over guy pretends to gets his words wrong and then yawns at the end and says 'i'll start again'. It makes me yawn EVERY fucking time, Just typing this where i'm talking (writing) about the ad has made me yawn twice!

Arrrggghhhh!

Ugh. And what is it with Sainsbury's suggesting adding coffee to bolgnese, chocolate to fish stew, jam to mashed potato, or something similar?

Kris Akabusi. What an annoying prick. He is not funny, he just irritating. Shitty, expensive yogurts too.
