Yeah, I think we all know now, but is there like a 1% chance any form of ticket looks like this!?!?

This is basically a follow on too

If I'm wrong I profusely apologise but you've recently been so so mean and judgemental to other posters for various reasons....

Memoires · 02/08/2016 01:52

Poor op, I hope you get some sleep tonight.

JinRamen · 02/08/2016 02:06

77- there are a lot of 'user' posters but usually the numbers differ.

Oh jin. That's embarrassing and I'm an ass. I didn't realise that, I thought it was one insane person posing heaps.

Huge apologises op, go kick some childminder ass. Seriously, as a nanny/maternity nurse of 20 years I'm horrified. She should never work with kids again.

Lying is bad enough, telling a kid they are wrong is unforgivable. If someone did that to ds I'd be fuming.

KoalaDownUnder · 02/08/2016 02:53

Late to work this morning due to Zoogate.

TheMaddHugger · 02/08/2016 03:10

I hope OP has Now given her child a great big Hug and I believe you, Sorry for doubting you. Poor Kid.

OP - been following since the beginning but didn't and still don't really have anything constructive to advise.

This may very well be hilarious to some people but worth bearing in mind if CM has fleeced OP it's now less about brass necks and more toward fraud. Not to mention the OP has now found herself in the middle of a social media frenzy - ofc public forums are exactly that but I don't think OP probably bargained on this thread going potentially viral!

I feel like a party pooper (it is half 4 and I'm heavily pregnant) but maybe worth bearing in mind that now MN have confirmed they have no suspicion toward OP - these are real people with real lives Wink Normally I'm
the first to jump head first into a classic thread though - so maybe I'm delirious with lack of sleep Grin

MrFMercury · 02/08/2016 04:37

I don't suppose it helps at all that at least you found out early in to your working relationship user?
Reading the threats has reminded me again how lucky I am to have a close friend as my childminder because having someone you trust to look after your children, especially when they are smaller and do get muddled about things is an absolute must. I believe you but ultimately just can't get my head round what the childminder has done and why. With the amount of attention this has received surely her career in childcare is done now. Maybe other parents are Mumsnetters who have recognised the situation for example. If I was I'd be removing my kids asap. If she's lied about something so seemingly random as this what else has she lied about? I guess of the childminder regularly charges extra for trips that don't happen it could be a nice little earner.

MrFMercury · 02/08/2016 04:38

That should be reading the threads not threats sorry ;)

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 02/08/2016 05:11

Emergency annual leave. That sucks.

MiscellaneousAssortment · 02/08/2016 05:46

Wow, you poor thing, left with a bomb that's likely to go off in your face today and no alternative childcare. What a stress BrewCake

WhereTheFuckIsMyFuckingCoat · 02/08/2016 05:50

Place marking while I catch up with the thread (and fb post!)

Bovneydazzlers · 02/08/2016 06:12

Local Facebook Mum's groups are a great way to find a new childminder/emergency care, suggest you post on there.

And report childminder!

I hope the zoominder is a mmer
I hope she is reading this
Op, when the zoo confirm that ticket is a fake, report her to he police
She is dishonest and needs to be stopped
Also report her to ofsted and tell them you have reported her to the police
She deserves to lose her registration

JeanGenie23 · 02/08/2016 07:00

The CM should be reported to Ofsted, she has lied and this has become a safeguarding issue. Based on what the OP tells Ofsted they will decide whether to do a full inspection or not, but she has behaved terribly and children could have been put in harms way because of her fibs
