I am a graphic designer and In my humble opinion this is the most shocking forgery I have ever seen on gods green earth. I could crap on a sheet of a4 and it would be a more impressive forgery than this.

Poor op, this is far from ideal. I hope you mange to find some sort of childcare for at least some of the time.

I still can't imagine that anyone would pay a CM to take their child to the zoo. Unless it was a lot cheaper that £21 or £22 or whatever it cost.

I wouldn't put any trust in Ofsted doing anything. As part of my job I have made various complaints to Ofsted about childminders including one where she forcefully pushed a child over to where she wanted him to go and yelled in his face. No action was taken to my knowledge as I was never contacted again after I made the initial complaint and she is still a childminder.

Piratepete- Ofsted do take complaints seriously, just because you were not contacted afterwards didn't mean they didn't investigate, but the fact that she is still operating is concerning
