Until I put my foot in it! [ grin]

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 10:27

I hate typing on my phone! Moving to tablet.

Mercedes519 · 29/07/2016 10:32

Lisa is very quiet on what she is going to do with the holy water

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 10:39

Well, it can't be anything nefarious as it's holy water so it wouldn't work for anything bad, I wouldn't think.

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 10:40

Though I tend to think it's just plain, old H2O, myself.

Mercedes519 · 29/07/2016 10:54

I bet you can buy garlic on eBay too.

If she's clearing out a nest of vampires she might be being a bit, well, speciest. Or maybe she's exorcising ghosts. If we all did that it would wipe out all the woo threads on one stroke...

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 11:06

Hmm - that would deprive a lot of Mners of hours of innocent, spectral amusement.

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 11:11

Sorry, doing boring things.

When I am bored I go on eBay. You can get arsenic on there as well (don't ask, I have valid reasons and an alibi)

The Holy Water was purely for research purposes. There are no such things as vampires.

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 11:12

There are definitely no such things as vampires. I have never said there were such things and I am not commenting on the empty building three doors down that has been bricked up for the last twenty years.

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 11:17

So the woo threads are in no danger?

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 11:19

I think there will always be woo threads.

If I could be bothered I would go out and take a photo of the bricked up house a few yards down. This is totally unrelated to any interest in holy water.

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 11:25

Actually, I write fiction for a hobby so my browsing history is nsfw

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 11:25

Have you ever thought of moving house, Lisa? Grin. The vampires won't follow you, honest.

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 11:48

I'm pretty confident that the vampires don't exist the fuckers would

Bettercallsaul1 · 29/07/2016 12:06

I was already pretty sure they didn't exist, but having seen that grim, creepy looking, boarded-up building, I now share your complete certainty. Where do you live so I can be sure never to visit?

Knightridergirl · 29/07/2016 12:08

Does anybody ever win the Game?Hmm

LisaMed1 · 29/07/2016 12:24

Knightridergirl I was nearly there...

MrsTerryPratchett · 29/07/2016 15:08

I suppose that if a meteorite hit the earth and wiped us all out, the person who hadn't been thinking of The Game for the longest would be the winner. Cold comfort I suppose but a win.

VanillaSugar · 29/07/2016 15:28

What if you don't know about The Game at all? My DH doesn't know about it. Therefore, is he winning by not thinking about it?

OP posts:
MrsTerryPratchett · 29/07/2016 15:39

There are a couple of schools of thought. One is that everyone in the world is playing. The other that everyone who knows about The Game is playing. I favour the former. In which case that old lady in China is winning. Let's go tell her. Bwahahaha.

toadgirl · 29/07/2016 15:43

take heart op - i am sure this thread has garnered more replies than any thread i've ever started Grin
