I mean, he's cute and all- as much as any of our three year olds undoubtedly are. But it pisses me off when everyone fawns over him because he's supposedly sooooooo delicious and gorgeous when, actually, if he was flicking garlic bread at you from the next table at pizza express, he'd be as uncharming as anyone else's kid in the same scenario.

Nothing against him personally- I'm sure he is great. Just not any more or less great than anyone else's pre schooler.

Don't be ridiculous. That is such an irresponsible and manipulative line of argument.

Nobody could ever be attractive enough to justify the lauding that high profile children get. That's part of the point.

We need to resist media narratives not egg them on.

So are lots of other toddlers, but that doesn't take George's cuteness away. He's lovely.

I don't think it's just because he's who he is. Charlotte doesn't get the same praise (although she is of course lovely too) but I think with George it's the combination of floppy hair, cheeky grin, and the old fashioned clothes that push him over the edge on the cuteness scale.

Charlotte is as cute as George. Charlotte doesn't get the same praise because she's a girl and it's highly unlikely she'd ever become Queen. The Royal family is an archaic, patriarchal and nonsensical institution.

Let's be honest here, not all kids are cute, some take time to grow into their features.

Prince George IS cute tho, especially in the traditional style of dressing they choose for him.

But the thread isn't about the cuteness of HRH George. He's lovely (just like loads of kids) but the fuss about him Is because he's future king. That is the reason. It's also the reason why Charlotte doesn't get as much fawning,

They are both cute. Most kids are.

However my grandson is a Million times cuter and I think gifted and talented. No one farts like him. So proud
