Sometimes very female skewed things are discussed and I can't help feeling slightly uncomfortable when I read: "Male perspective here..."

I'm sure I am BU but does anyone else feel the same? I am struggling to put into words why it bothers me but it does.

EE - it's complicated (and I don't want to out myself) but suffice to say the organisation I work for is in the curious position that the board of directors have next to no power to do anything about anyone's pay - that is decided by external bodies on whom we have almost no leverage. I genuinely believe management when they say they want to fix things. Hopefully the legal challenge is the only form of leverage we can bring to bear on the external body! (There's also age discrimination and our pay overall - both men and women - is significantly adrift from other comparable employers...)
