To think that Victoria Beckham looks plain daft?

She's in New York to launch her latest collection and has been papped strutting out of hotels in some dreadful outfits. All can be viewed in the Daily Mail but for those of you who don't like to click I will post a few and you can tell me if I'm BU.

I think she looks really good. All these outfits are for publicity, it works, they are everywhere.

I am always impressed by how much this woman has achieved. She is a surprisingly good role model.

I quite like those outfits - they do casual but polished really well.

I do get slightly shocked by what her face looks like these days though, as I'm sure it wasn't always like that (not sure what it is, may be the lips or nose or both, not sure) I haven't done an extensive compare and contrast so it could be my memory but that's what strikes me, not the clothing.

I really can't see what the problem is....am I missing something?

Can't help thinking how scarily thin she must be under those clothes, and how she is feted for being stylish all other the magazines, but in practice achieving that body size means relentless food restrictions and most of us can't do it and shouldn't even try.

It's a bit late 70's/early 80's isn't it. Odd bits of it are ok, but it's not as though anyone will wear an entire ensemble.

Can't stand her 'look' as a whole though, she looks like she's always sniffing cat shit.

Just recently she's been wearing a lot that hides one of her hands. It looks a bit silly.

I do think it's fine to poke fun at clothes though! Fashion people don't want to blend into the crowd.

OK - can someone help me out here - it's bloody freezing at the moment, and she's pushing a fashion look of wearing chunky knits when it's cold that cover your bum and norks, for wearing warm looking boots with thick heels (so easier to walk in that same height in a thin heel), why are we saying it's a bad idea?

I like the chunk knits look, it looks warm and toasty and terribly practical.

The hand covering - does VB have a tatoo on her hand? she's been spotted with her other ones looking faded, so could be she's having one on her hand removed too and wants to keep it covered in the interim stage? That or she doesn't have any gloves - I've been known to pull my sleeves down to cover my hands when I've been caught out without gloves.

I did wonder how long it'd take for 'scarily thin' to be used to slate her.

Every time I see a picture of her, a little bit of me wants to clap. She's worked hard.

I genuinely love all of those outfits, I think she looks fabulous. Wish I had a delicate enough frame to pull off that style but even at my thinnest my boobs were always too big.
