To not know what to call my daughter...

It's been 2 days since we have had her and it's so stressful for me! I want her to have a name and feel bad she doesn't. I have a thread going in Baby Names and hoping that will get a name to jump out at me, but feel bad as DS had a name when we found out his gender.

How long until you found a name?

Oh she's gorgeous! Lordy that set my remaining ovary clanging.

Since I didn't get my way with DD2, and probably, probably won't have any more though never say never I will offer up my all-time favourite name, Nancy.

Btw, we never had names 'ready'. Always picked them when the baby arrived, sometimes took up to three weeks. No rush!

Oh I love Claudia. It's so elegant and pretty. Claudie is a great nn too.

Took us two weeks to name DD! Take your time, she'll have her name a long time!
I'm glad we didn’t rush it with DD, we chose the right name in the end!

We tried a few out, calling her names off our short list for a few hours at a time to see how it sounded.

Awww so cute. If I ever have a dd her middle name will be Grace. First names I like include Alice, Bethan, Emily, Lucy, Jessica and Ivy.
