To not know what to call my daughter...

It's been 2 days since we have had her and it's so stressful for me! I want her to have a name and feel bad she doesn't. I have a thread going in Baby Names and hoping that will get a name to jump out at me, but feel bad as DS had a name when we found out his gender.

How long until you found a name?

Jasmine is nice but a bit too Disney for me

MitzyLeFrouf · 11/02/2016 17:28

I think she looks like a Cleo.

birdlover1977 · 11/02/2016 17:28

Congratulations on your beautiful children!! That photo is too cute xx. I love my niece's names Tilly (short for Matilda), Rosie, Sophie-May, Lilly. All gorgeous names for lovely girls.

Funandgamesandfun · 11/02/2016 17:29

Oh, I want her!

I like Sarah Grace, that was going to be my daughter's name, but we went with Sarah Elizabeth.

With Grace I also like:
Katherine
Emily
Amelia
Annabelle

Lovely family!

Jasmine is a gorgeous name imo. Your DS would probably love to think he had a role in naming his little sister.

(My own oldest DD wanted her little brother to be named Whoopi Grin)

MaxPepsi · 11/02/2016 17:31

Apart from my own amazing suggestion I'm seriously liking...........

..........Arabella Grace - great name

Prefer Jemima to Jasmine, sorry!

ridemesideways · 11/02/2016 17:31

Helena? Best off with no name until the right one clicks... YANBU :)

mathanxiety · 11/02/2016 17:31

Jasmine Grace sounds really lovely.

MitzyLeFrouf · 11/02/2016 17:32

I presume you went along with the Whoopi suggestion mathanxiety? Grin

ToffeeForEveryone · 11/02/2016 17:33

Isobel Grace

And she is beautiful Smile Flowers

MitzyLeFrouf · 11/02/2016 17:33

There's no rush OP. Better to wait a week or two than to pick a name you don't love.

AcrossthePond55 · 11/02/2016 17:34

Felicia Grace.

Then they'd be Fletch and Felicia. Or go with a nickname for Felicia/Felicity and they'd be Fletch and Flicka.

mygrandchildrenrock · 11/02/2016 17:35

All the names suggested are lovely and both your children are gorgeous. My last son didn't have a name for two weeks and I was so upset about it. I remember saying that he would be going to school called 'baby boy'!

Notimefortossers · 11/02/2016 17:35

Jasmine Grace is lovely. And it will make your son feel special that he picked her name

CheersMedea · 11/02/2016 17:36

Call her Katniss to go with Fletcher joking.

helenahandbag · 11/02/2016 17:37

I love Jasmine, really pretty.

NeedACleverNN · 11/02/2016 17:38

Ivy Grace sounds nice

Eva50 · 11/02/2016 17:38

Aria Grace 😊

FoxFeatures · 11/02/2016 17:38

She is beautiful.

I like Clara and Isobel.

Daryan · 11/02/2016 17:38

I spent the pregnancy looking for names. Also, names are kind of my hobby, so... all the years preceding the pregnancy.

You must have made a list or two while you were pregnant?

You can view the top 100 names quite easily if you want something popular, and with some googling around and using name forums you can get the top 1000, for ones that are not so common but not weird.

FarrowandBallAche · 11/02/2016 17:38

Sienna.

44PumpLane · 11/02/2016 17:38

My goddaughter is Emily Grace, I also love Lydia Grace
