Damn. I bought a friend a book for her birthday next week. Should I be folding it up to say HUN or something?

Orange1969 · 30/01/2016 18:56

Need you can get vinyl babies dolls for loads cheaper back page of Sunday newspaper colour supplements than eBay.

Some of them come with a "beating heart", simulated breathing mechanism and other grotesqueries.

NeedACleverNN · 30/01/2016 19:06

No those ones are not realistic enough. My nan bought one and its "real touch" was plasticity

Oh, I'm so tempted, and only £50!

FB shite thread
Gunting · 30/01/2016 19:19

Ewww! It would cost more than £50 to clean them!

SeptemberFlowers · 30/01/2016 19:35

Oh my god, I have not laughed so hard in ages. Love these threads 😅

ChristmasZombie · 30/01/2016 19:37

"Needs a good clean"
Yes. Yes, it does.

WannaBeAMummy16 · 30/01/2016 20:10

omg those reborn animal dolls are the freakiest thing ever.

GreatFuckability · 30/01/2016 20:37

you have to stop. i can't breathe, and i refuse to die with the last thing i see being the mankiest sofa on earth.

Orange1969 · 30/01/2016 20:59

Need - plasticity sounds horrible!

SelfRaisingFlour · 30/01/2016 21:50

I wonder if these "businesses" are set up in order to claim Working Tax Credits. A lone parent can claim Working Tax Credits if they do 16 hours per week of self-employment. That may be where the actually money comes from.

Ememem84 · 30/01/2016 21:52

tickle woah. that is quite a jacket.

Shockers · 30/01/2016 22:22

I would've paid a week's wage for that beauty in the 80s.

Not so much now though... I'm really bloody warm and comfortably depressingly Seasalted to the hilt, jacket wise.

MissJM1 · 30/01/2016 22:32

£15 for this?

Also somebody selling a "rugsack" Grin

corlette · 30/01/2016 22:42

I haven't lived in the UK for years, do you still have supplements selling tat in the Sunday papers?
I remember these really strange life-sized dolls that you put in the corner of a room. They faced the wall and covered their eyes. They were bizarre. I couldn't understand what the fuck the point was in them.

Gunting · 30/01/2016 22:42

Oueen and King - V classy

Ahsure is that supposed to be nice?

AhSureIMightAsWell · 30/01/2016 22:55

Gunting I did find the sentiment somewhat off...

corlette · 30/01/2016 23:00

Ahsure, that's horrible.
Is it saying "yeah whatever, I can be a right knob but I do love you and by sending you this shite, you should know that I'll probably do the same in the future but like yeah, it's love so put up with it."

Noice.

TheoriginalLEM · 30/01/2016 23:14

i think that the sort of people who buy that shit consider Jeremy kyle show a template for like and expect to treat each other like shit...
