She has progressed so much, she definitely the new Kim.

Of course not all people who have plastic surgery are utterly insecure and unhappy.

But a lot of them are and cosmetic surgery paired with lots of money and somebody suffering with body dysmorphia is a dangerous and unhealthy mix. Not saying that Kylie does have BDD, how would I know. I would be worried though, at somebody having as much work as she has at an incredibly young age. I'd be very concerned for her self esteem and wellbeing.

Good grief. She's a mess - huge fake lips, loads of work done to her face - she looks like a 40 year old, not an 18 year old.

Agreed, vixx. Kim is the same. Posed pictures and the surgery doesn't seem too bad. Candid shots and they look like wax works. It's sad that people pump their faces and other body parts with stuff to love themselves. Psychological help would be far better.

It would depend on each case. I don't think most of them are the same thing as non essential cosmetic plastic surgery.

Some of us have training in or understanding of psychological well being and ethical treatment.

It's unethical because she was so young.

Most, if not all teenagers feel insecure about how they look, that's normal.

They think their nose it too big or their breasts are too small.

They also tend to grow out of those insecurities and accept their bodies as they mature into women.

Because of her abnormal lifestyle Kylie Jenner won't have an opportunity to accept her own body for how it is. She will spend the rest of her life thinking that any insecurity she has can be fixed with an injection or surgeon.

That's fucked up.

I do also wonder if its just tons of make up that make her look false and waxy. She just doesn't need the amount she has on mostly during daytime too on the kardasian show. I think the celebrity they have must be awful to gtow up with

One is no make up before surgery, the other is no make up after surgery.

That's crazy! If someone had never heard of her and was shown those two pictures, they'd have no clue it was the same person.

She looks ridiculous. When you see actual photos of her, without the posing etc. she can look positively deformed. Lips look swollen, not plump, cheeks etc lumpy not full. She looks like wax and she's only 18. It's sad. She's not sexy (which is the look She's going for), she is weird looking.

The lip fillers were for something she was undoubtedly insecure about. Fine.
Lying that you haven't had lip fillers and have used some suction thing on your lips. Not fine. The videos of teen girls trying to replicate that look with some of them bursting their lips open

Kendall is the best looking. Kylie has been transforming into Kim very slowly which is sad, because shes her own person trying to look like another.

Kylie looks like her dad, she is a total Jenner.

Im an advocate of plastic surgery. Had a nose job, only wished I could have had it done at 16, it would have saved me a mass of heartache and insecurity.

No I don't consider it patronising. It's about ethical safeguarding and ensuring that individual surgeons don't abuse their position for financial gain.

Sisters daughter got her tits done at 17, not great big whacking ones but nice neat ones as she was very flat chested.

Not sure about this "ethical" stuff. You can legally have a baby at 16, you can even get married at 16 with a parents consent yet you can't have a bit of plastic surgery :/ all very hypercritical I think.

It's not really hypocritical because most people don't think getting married and having babies at 16 are good choices to make at that age either.
