OH eats 4 at a time Shock

He isn't known for small portions, and then complains when I don't finish meals! Don't get me wrong I like my food, but it's just ridiculous.

Please tell me I'm not unreasonable!

I used to have 2 and would be hungry not long after. I have 3-4 slices of toast much to many peoples shock. They're both airy foods so the more I eat the less I snack

Wow. It had honestly never occurred to me to have more than 2 weetabix, chiefly because that's what fits in the bowl nicely. Sometimes I only have one, with some banana. The 2 year old eats maybe a half, unless he's having a growth spurt, when he might just manage a whole one. Am sure 4 is a perfectly reasonable portion for a big hungry adult though!

my DT age 5 have 3 each, or 2 with extra other cereal.

We haven't told them about sugar yet so they have them with milk only, or a bit of fruit
