She upsets people like you. I'm not saying that you're wrong to feel that way, but you are overestimating her importance.
She is of no importance and no influence. The people she appeals to are the people who would say 'it's political correctness gone mad' and ' you can't say anything these days'.
But I don't even know how that far goes because she's made it clear that she despises many of those people as 'chavs'. So really, how big is her constituency?
It's not like she's Jeremy Clarkson, who I imagine you dislike just as much. Then The Sun offloads her, can you imagine a single person signing a petition for her?
What protects Clarkson is that he's a man and a certain type of man - the ultimate insider posing as an outsider.
Ironically, Katie Hopkins is the kind of woman who would say sexism is all in the fevered imagination of hairy-legged feminists.
