To think that Islamic state will cause world war 3

I feel terrified for the future. I believe that the world will reach a point where there will be outright war to stop Islamic state. In the meantime Russia will annexe the Ukraine and much of Eastern Europe.

I am scared that Islamic state will get hold of atomic weapons. There are Muslim extremists with the intelligence to make a nuclear bomb. There are Muslim countries with uranium deposits.

lem73 Who is bashing Muslims? Objecting to the ratchet being turned ever in the direction of appeasement towards radical Islam is not bashing anyone and 'useful idiots' that try to shut down debate by throwing words like 'Islamophobe'' or 'racist' will still be beheaded if they ever take over.

Like I said, the majority of Muslims are peaceful and this fact is irrelevant. It's the minority that will take over and win.

The Muslim world needs help to wipe Islamic state off the face of the earth. The Islamic world is struggling to contain Islamic state.

Islam is to Islamic State ad Christianity is to the Nazi party.

Lots of muslims died in both world wars to defeat a shared enemy. Sadly the civilised world is faced with world war again.

I am not sure how useful threads like this are tbh. For me, i have seen a few posts (that i am not going to highlight) that have seen it as an excuse to have a go at muslims living in this country.

Yes it is very scary and for someone who suffers from an anxiety disorder its another thing for me to fret over, but there is nothing I can actually do about it.

why not just leave them alone to deal with it? reality will be that they got the bloody weapons and training from the west in the first place - that always ends up being the sodding case. how about NOT interfering, not handing over weapons, not engineering a puppet leader or revolutionary group and letting the region sort itself out.

it's a novel idea but maybe worth trying seeing as the alternative has so spectacularly failed over the last god knows how many decades.

As a white British vegetarian, I couldn't care less if pork is no longer on the menu in certain schools. I most certainly don't feel a loss of courage or identity because I don't give my kids ham sandwiches for lunch.

A lot of the rest of it made sense tho.

Well actually this is one of the problems, it is an interpretation of Islam.

SA have scholars working on this to try their best to refute ISIS as best they can, its not clear cut.

There is no main leader like the Pope to come and openly condemn them and say NO your interpretation is wrong, as a supreme Final say. There are just layers of scholars, which is one of the problems. One lot of scholars says - " this is rubbish the prophet didn't mean or say that" then another lot come out and say " no, look at this - he did say this"..

I don't think they could cause World War III because there are no countries that would form an alliance with them. There isn't a government in the world that supports them. However they do worry me a great deal, I'm not sure we should deal with them but I do know that the west seem to have made things a lot worse with their meddling in the Middle East.

Eygpt and Jordon can not defeat IS on their own. Europe had Muslim and American help to defeat Hitler.

Good for you. What about those of us that do eat meat and wish for our children to do so?
