on Saturday, after yet another pitiful excuse for not going to the gym ( "Oh well, can't find a bobble to tie my hair back, can't go with my hair in my face...") I cancelled my gym membership. Again.

Then in a fit of panic and guilt ran out and bought a kettlebell and have been frantically YouTubing workouts to do in my living room.

Do you have a workout you can share with me? Or do you have willpower of steel and actually go to the gym?

Three circuit classes at the gym- monday, wednesday and friday mornings for 1 hour 15 minutes each time.

Then I try to go to gym by myself once or twice a week but I don't feel that guilty if I don't because the circuit classes are enough :)

I do two Zumba classes a week and get the bus into town twice a week just so I can walk home again

I used to go to the gym once a week, badminton once a week and Zumba once or twice a week.
Since having my son I rarely do excercise - apart for a bit of pram walking.
My body isn't all that different - similar weight.
Starting to think excercise is a con!

A pilates class once a week and something called Ballet Beautiful. It's more like repetitive pilates exercises than ballet (there's no dancing). It works for me because it's flexible and I can just about squeeze it in - I either do an hour long workout with the dvd or some of her 15 minute 'blasts' from the website or YouTube. I started in November and am really impressed with the results.

Another gym refuser - I find t so so deathly dull, anything that actually feels like exercise I hate. I go through phases of what I actually do - the last two years I did a very long distance ride so spent most of my time training for that and now j really miss my weekend rides of 60+ miles so want to get back into it.

At the moment I'm doing power yoga 4x a week and running on the non yoga days. Roughly every fortnight I go on a 2-3hour hike or try to swim.

I do bits of commuting cycling if I don't have the kids so prob average 20-30miles/week

Run or walk or combination of the two for at least 5 miles a day.
