Should have cleaner/tidier houses seeing as they don't work? I'm a sahm with severe disabilities (supported by dh - no hand outs) & I keep my house clean.

Ps this isn't just about people on benefits - it just so happens I'm watching it on TV now.

usualsuspect333 · 29/01/2015 21:00

Not your fucked up judgemental Daily Mail world though.

davejudgement · 29/01/2015 21:01

Wish I'd never watched the bloody programme now :-( I'm not judging benefits, just sahm that live in filth! & I've not mentioned weight or ethnic.

I will end up on benefits.

I'm 29 with rheumatoid arthritis. I didn't know this when I planned my children.

When that time happens ( it will as I know it's spreading) I will be fucked.

MrsVamos · 29/01/2015 21:02

But this is MN isn't it ?

Confused
306235388 · 29/01/2015 21:02

No usual I make them write with their own blood. I can't afford bloody chalk every 2 minutes.

usualsuspect333 · 29/01/2015 21:02

NM = Netmums.

I think Blue has taken a wrong turning on the internet.

ChocolateBiscuitCake · 29/01/2015 21:03

Do they have a slate and a piece of chalk?

Umm, no they play with lego, or draw, or run around in the garden...

Children don't need iPads, or xboxes etc. Fact.

judgejudithjudy · 29/01/2015 21:04

Ffs it's just a programme that was on in the back ground! Amazing how the disabled man can now walk to the shop to get tv credit but can't walk up the stairs :-(

Thanks for all the clarifications of NM.

I've been here a while now and I thought I'd heard of the other place.

Wink
Nerf · 29/01/2015 21:06

Sorry but like fuck do kids need iPads or they will miss out at school. They might benefit from access to the Internet but no one should be justifying buying 500 quid iPads as they are necessary for school

usualsuspect333 · 29/01/2015 21:06

I'm bored with this now.

Can we talk about Phil.

ilovesooty · 29/01/2015 21:06

I'm waiting to hear how he got given a mobility car now...

BINGO Hmm

ouryve · 29/01/2015 21:07

Big difference in exertion between walking into a shop, on a level (not watching because I'd rather have quiet than shite in the background) and walking up the stairs.

Phil is too orange for me.

PiperIsTerrysChoclateOrange · 29/01/2015 21:08

Why don't they need them.

I have already said because the way times are changing that they will need them.

My niece aged 13 her homework is done online. She has to log in with her details.
Same with nephew aged 14.

All my nephew course work must be typed out.

Lego and drawing ect is fun, my children do that also, but technology is the future.

usualsuspect333 · 29/01/2015 21:08

Is it time to bring the kittens out?
