If it would be, please ignore this.

If not, here it is. www.cmsolicitors.co.uk

Plenty of contact details too. :-)

Has anyone else read the client list for CM Solicitors (or their managing partner's). Makes for depressing reading.

PuffinsAreFictitious · 07/01/2015 23:53

clam..

Christ alone knows, but the man is seriously bad news. Links with some really disturbing people.

I suspect that KM will now believe he owns CE, lock, stock and barrel. Men of KM's ilk aren't renowned for their huge support of women's liberation. He set up that foul website to 'prove' that the man his princess wants isn't a dirty little rapist, if it's proved that he is, well..... If CE ever gets caught cheating/raping again, then.....

It's all a bit sordid and 'dirty den' really. Should suit CE down to the ground.

jazzsyncopation · 07/01/2015 23:59

1] has he notdenied guilt? which would be why he hasn't apologised
2] what should ex-cons do? never work again?I dont know what I think tbh but people should be clear if that's what they want :suspect some would say they believe in rehabilitation, but actually they dont when it comes down to it

ilovesooty · 08/01/2015 00:01

jazz have you even read the thread?

ilovesooty · 08/01/2015 00:03

Puffins I'm wondering whether Karl Massey's wife buys into these attitudes.

Ohfourfoxache · 08/01/2015 00:03

Can't find a list Cisk - or do I not want to? Sad

PuffinsAreFictitious · 08/01/2015 00:07

jazz you have commented on a couple of threads about CE, I'm surprised you haven't managed to take in any of the facts about your points....They've even been covered extensively on this thread, you might like to catch up with them?

ilovesooty I wonder whether KM's wife is allowed to have independent opinions about anything more taxing than what colour kitchen towels she has.

DodgedAnAsbo · 08/01/2015 00:11

Let him play. this witchhunt helps no one, it makes a lot of us look irrational, imo.

concentrate on prevention, education and even boycotting, if you feel you have to. but the witch hunt is not a good look

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 08/01/2015 00:12

Did you dodge an ASBO?

PuffinsAreFictitious · 08/01/2015 00:13

Sorry dodged... are you talking about the legitimate protest against a rapist being paid huge sums of money to be in the public eye, or the witch hunt that rapist's pals are waging against his victim?

In fact, don't bother answering that. It won't be a good look.

meditrina · 08/01/2015 00:14

What 'witch-hunt'?

Opposition does not vanish because 3 months have passed. And this rapist has no reason to expect special treatment to enable him to return to exactly the same career as before his conviction. For no other person with a criminal record (except the self-employed) has that.

jazzsyncopation · 08/01/2015 00:15

sorry ladies I haven't read much of the thread I apologise :it's just been in the news lots
but puffins I remember saying ages ago that I didn't see why the other guy involved who effectively 'pimped her out ' got off so lightly : sorry about that maybe he didn't get off lightly then(?)..afraid I cant remember a 2nd thread comment tho

DodgedAnAsbo · 08/01/2015 00:16

Any campaign against the victim is wrong, obviously, I am surprised you need to question that.
I am sure there are legal remedies for that if any are required.
The rest, is a witch hunt

VikingVolva · 08/01/2015 00:16

"this witchhunt helps no one, it makes a lot of us look irrational, imo."

As I posted above, AG will be ruling on the website soon. I hope it is taken down, thus ending the witch hunt.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 08/01/2015 00:18

I hope whoever is dealing with Nando's tweets has taken the night off - there are some horrible ones.

I don't often use twitter, but I tweeted a message of support to them - and my tweet got re-tweeted and favourited, which is a twitter-first for me.

SabrinaMulhollandJjones · 08/01/2015 00:21

And the victim's father is absolutely justified in reporting that website to the AG. It is clearly defamatory to his daughter, and since her identity has been revealed many, many times already - I would argue that it does breach her anonymity. Especially the 'leaked' cctv.

PuffinsAreFictitious · 08/01/2015 00:21

jazz if you read this thread, I have explained (possibly twice) why CM was found not guilty when CE wasn't.

10 people (iirc) have been tried for the witch hunt, but it continues, funded by CE's GF's father.

I'm sorry you don't like legitimate protest, but we're not going to stop.

jazzsyncopation · 08/01/2015 01:26

puffin: in my comments of 23:59 and 00:15 I said NOTHING against "legitimate protest" ...get off your high horse and stop enjoying yourself....this whole thing's a total tragedy for all involved

BOFster · 08/01/2015 01:26

Thanks for that link- I think I'll go to that.

ilovesooty · 08/01/2015 01:29

jazz I don't know where you're getting 'enjoying yourself' from, honestly.

SomebodysRealName · 08/01/2015 05:37

Omg he didn't "effectively pimp her out"! That is incredibly insensitive and offensive jazz.

ilovesooty · 08/01/2015 06:26

Evidence that a good few Oldham Athletic fans are less than happy with the board
