STBXH has memory issues but refuses to allow me to to allow me to text during contact to check up on ds2 11 and ds 9.

I asked that stbxh does not obstruct dd 13 from texting / replying to texts so that i may check on ds's.

this is reply I got

WTF does that mean !!!!

CatFourFeet: the situation you describe n this thread alone is tricky enough, you are in a difficult position.

All strength to you. And your dd is a credit to you.

I am always in admiration of anyone who can back down and resist the urge to try to beat people over the head with their arguments until they concede defeat. Who can see that in some cases whether you're right or not isn't really the point, its how you're making someone feel that sometimes is the most important thing.

Anyway, I've had my say, time to take a leaf out of Powersnatchs book and retire gracefully not keep sniping!

It wasn't ( as far as I was concerned) a "secret" back story, I name changed because my sis was reading my posts on here and used that knowledge to humiliate me in a mediation session.

I don't know if she is reading what I am writing now, frankly I don't care anymore. I've nothing left to lose. And her opinion of me is of no concern to me.

I don't mind posting a "summary" but i'd rather not ATM as I feel to much like a "spectator sport" to be honest.
