AIBU to be very pleased that Sheffield Utd have recognised that the rapist Ched Evans is toxic

Very good news.

Good to see some sense being shown (finally).

The rapist Ched Evans will not be signed by Sheffield United because of the 'toxic' reaction to their (stupid) plan.

Fucking unbelievable. Yes, cos men are incapable of stopping themselves once they get going, and it's the woman's fault for getting him over excited. Did I fall asleep and wake up back in medieval times?

FYI on gilhooly - he later admitted he hadn't actually read the court report. Twathead.

TheAlias · 19/11/2014 11:36

"incapable of stopping themselves once they get going" Even if it were true and a valid excuse wasn't poor old Ched only in the room for seconds before the rape?

I must be dong something wrong if that's how long it takes to get a man into that condition.

YonicScrewdriver · 19/11/2014 12:46

Would old nick be able to stop if his child/parent/a burglar/the queen walked in? I bet he bloody would.

YonicScrewdriver · 19/11/2014 12:51

"BBC Radio Norfolk spokesman told the Eastern Daily Press there had been no formal complaints"

Ok dokey BBC. I'll get onto that then.

Why do people comment on this case without knowing anything about what CE actually did? He can't have been full of male energy because of the victim's nudity because he decided to come and stick his dick in her without ever having seen her.

Cockwomble.

BinarySolo · 19/11/2014 13:16

Balls to the idiot dj apologising he should be sacked.

And even if she was in bed naked with him and knew he was there, if she passed out or was ridiculously drunk, she couldn't consent so it was rape. Oh and if she was sober under those circumstances and said no AT ANY POINT and he continued then it's also rape.

teawamutu · 19/11/2014 13:21

What yonic said. Why can't these rape apologist twats check the facts of the case before peddling their ignorant bullshit?

I've complained and said he should be sacked.

Thumbwitch · 19/11/2014 13:35

Just read that link - does the idiot have the first idea what he's talking about? That poor girl didn't HAVE a choice, she was already out of it when CE got involved! She hardly "climbed into bed with him naked" - NO, she was already in it, HE was the one who "climbed in".

And as an aside, I've just read the link to the stuff about Bill Cosby - fucking horrifying! Perhaps the idiot Nick Conrad should take a look at some of those stories before he starts suggesting women "take some responsiblity" for being raped, eh? Angry

LuluJakey1 · 19/11/2014 21:42

DJ on Radio Norfolk said it because it is what he believes- never mind BBC saying error of judgement. The point is this is what he believes- that women provokemen into raping them and men can not control themselves so do not bear responsibility.

The BBC has been used by him to promote his views and have given him a tap on the wrist. It is shameful.

Jux · 20/11/2014 09:22

The BBC haven't learnt much since the Savile story broke, have they? Sad
