Really sorry but put here for traffic.

I put it in mental health a couple of hours ago but noone responded.

I was going to kill myself , but just as I was about to take tablets, my partner walked in.

DP knows I'm having a hard time, but not this hard.

We spoke for abit, and cried together. DP now asleep and need to talk

(I added a symbol to a random thread to make sure name change had worked)

oh ZIPZAP I hope Pepsi will read that, how thought provoking that is.

MyPrettyToes · 26/08/2014 01:33

zipzap that is very good. I will bookmark it.

I don't think you have written anything particularly identifiable. Upthread I sensed your reluctance to give too much away. That is ok pepsi. You don't have to give any details. This is why many people have suggested Samaritans because you can talk to them anonymously. They are excellent. Otherwise people here are happy to talk to you about anything ...

HighlighterPencil · 26/08/2014 01:34

Hello OP. Just wondering how you are. Hope you're managing to get a little sleep.

triplets · 26/08/2014 01:45

You do obviously care Pepsi about your family/friends if you are worried they will recognise you by this thread. Can you imagine the pain you would leave behind for them, to lose someone you love, to know that they chose to end their life because they saw no other way, they would have to live with that for ever. Do you want to do that to them? My friends god daughter hung herself in her bedroom when she was 14. She was being cyber bullied by a group of girls who didnt even go to her school. The reason for them picking on her was her Mum was a teacher at their school and they didnt like her. She never told her parents or her sister, but left them a note. That was 8 years ago now, and her parents have never recovered, she didn`t just end her own life that day but theirs as well. Pepsi its hard to pick up a phone, its hard to ask for help, I know that only too well. So many people said to me "you only had to phone", sometimes it takes real courage to do it, but you can Pepsi you can .xx

Coumarin · 26/08/2014 01:45

Hi Pepsi Just checking in on you again.

Have a little read of the cartoon Zipzap posted. It's very simple but makes a lot of sense.

Hold on.

Ludoole · 26/08/2014 01:49

Sorry op but I had to ask triplet.

Ludoole Thanks

Coumarin · 26/08/2014 01:55

Pepsi

I just remembered a phrase thing that once helped me slightly.

If you think of your life as a book, then this is a chapter in your story. If you close the book and stop turning the pages, you'll never know how your story turns out.

Keep turning the pages, you'll get to a new chapter eventually.

CautiousVisitor · 26/08/2014 01:57

Pepsi, I am heading to bed but didn't want to leave without saying I was thinking of you and will be back in the morning. You are a strong and amazing person and you proved that by coming on here tonight and talking to us instead of letting this beat you. Keep going, keep asking for help because you deserve it completely, and keep taking those little steps back to health and happiness. Thanks

triplets · 26/08/2014 02:04

CautiousVisitor · 26/08/2014 02:16

What are you doing / how are you feeling right now? Is there any way you can sleep do you think? Night-time is always hardest. Please wake up your DP or ring Samaritans if you feel like you're on the edge.

Thumbwitch · 26/08/2014 02:16

Hi Pepsi - if you're still awake, I'm here, I'm in Australia so it's morning here. Happy to be a listening ear and hold your hand if you need.

PepsiTwirl · 26/08/2014 02:16

Im willing to stay and listen pepsi.
triplets thankyou xx

CautiousVisitor · 26/08/2014 02:19

What are you thinking about?

I live near the sea, and at night if you open the window all you can hear are the waves. Listening to the night can be calming so long as it isn't lonely...

DD85 · 26/08/2014 02:21

I'm still here too. Feel free to pm me Flowers xx

oldnewmummy · 26/08/2014 02:22

I'm in Australia too. I'm at work, but can dip in and out to carry on chatting.
