AIBU to think this is the best section on MN?

Why do people keep moaning about it? - I love it!

If you don't like it hide the bleedin' thing, or even easier, just don't read any of the threads - there's 100's of other sections to moan about!

Despite the world famous Talk Guidelines, about three quarters of posters in AIBU seem to be in it only for the bunfight aspect. Someone upthread compared it to a redtop magazine - you know the sort of headline? - 'My new boyfriend shagged my best friend's mother in law AND her dog what shall I do???'

I haven't blocked AIBU from my Active Conversations (otherwise I wouldn't have found this and posted on it) but I do go very very bored of some of the utter inanities that are being posted atm.

Sienna if I reported someone I would remember it. Why would you come onto a thread and try and make out that a lot of the posters are nasty and then refuse to elaborate? Not very nice, in my opinion.

Well Scottish some of us report so rarely that we do remember the whys and wherefores. What's 'bulgy eyed' about that? I would have thought quite the opposite.

I don't recall saying a lot of posters were nasty. I'm not ducking down or looking for trouble either. I'm just pointing out that it is amusing to see some of those that complain about the nastiness don't mind dipping in and out of it themselves when it suits.

Well I remember because I don't report that often Sienna. I tackle people myself on the thread. I don't just pop up on a general thread and make unfocussed remarks that tar everyone on the thread.
