You mean, you're horrified by the number of people who don't agree with you that disrupting a usually-legal activity by often-illegal, violent and intimidating means is a hunky-dory choice of activity.
I think you need to back that up, Select. What evidence do you have for the often-illegal, violent and intimidating means that you are attributing to hunt sabs? There have been a number of successful prosecutions against hunt supporters/participators following the 2004 Hunting Act (some helped by footage from hunt sabs/observers). What figures do you have for successful prosecutions against hunt sabs?

Try telling that to the masked , hooded thugs 'animal rights' activists who I found milling around in front of my house at dusk a couple of years back (over a quarter of a mile from the nearest public road or footpath so no excusing them as 'lost' as they tried to with the police).
They were swiftly rounded up and one is currently serving 6 years inside for various offences including GBH and assault with a deadly weapon.
What group or organisation were they members of? Did the convictions relate to hunt sabbing?

There is so much misinformation, prejudice and assumption making going on it's no wonder that there is such confusion.
Yes, like you accusing ThatBloodyWoman of intimiating people, damaging their property and breaking the law, all whilst wearing a balaclava, when none of those things were true.
You've also made incorrect (and absolute) assertions about hunt sabs (e.g. they are , without exception, lawless thugs who have no idea about foxes, hunting, the countryside or common decency to their fellow man.
Perhaps you'd like to take a look at this parliamentary debate, where Chis Williamson MP provides many examples of violence from those involved with the hunt:

Regarding the argument about finite resources, there are numerous different animal welfare organisations/charities supporting, and campaigning hard, for a broad range of animal welfare issues (e.g. animalaid) and alternatives to animal based research (e.g. Dr Hadwen's Trust). Trying to diminish one cause by saying funds are better spent elsewhere is not a strong argument; it comes across as little more than an attempt to distract from the issues under discussion.
