The way you've written it seems to be messing, but you're saying your 7 YO is posting nudey photos of you on facetime, which can't just be to other 7 YOs surely if their parents keep a check on what they're up to?

If any of my dc did that even once they'd lose whatever they were using to take the photos and FaceTime.
