Well it's a good job not everyone wants to go back to the dark ages isn't it 2rebecca.
I mean God forbid a woman applies for a job that she is more than capable of doing just to save the company from having to spend time sorting through the applicants to tick their bigoted checklist.

Dick? Check
Balls? Check
Adams apple? Check

My point is that if this bloke has to change his advert it won't change who he actually employs. He wants a bloke of a certain age, he'll employ a bloke of a certain age. Not being allowed to specify this in the advert just means alot of people waste time sending in applications.
If employers want to employ a certain type of person they'll find a way to employ them, especially if they get hundreds of applicants for 1 post.

Or perhaps a female with lots of relevant experience will apply and the employer will think hang on a minute they are the best candidate even though it's a woman.

He sounds a right knobber.I was bought up on a farm and was lifting and stacking heavy bales as a child, now work on the self same farm and run a gardening business too, lots of heavy manual work.It would never have occurred to me that not having a penis means I can't lift anything heavier than a pen.

I've got 8 x 25kg bags of coal to shift today.Do I need to look for a teenage lad to do it for me?
