Vive la révolution!

AmazingBouncingFerret · 14/01/2014 16:08

I vaguely remember a thread like this a few years back.

Can I be a falconer? That seems like a nice thing. Stroll around whistling for birds of prey to come and go.
Nice, easy life. That's what I like.

NymodigFruOla · 14/01/2014 16:09

to MmeD

only 4 years, fluffy? Hmm, well I'm one year ahead of you, so you might have to curtsey to me I don't mean it

Never mind ... let's just share some Wine Cake Wine and [GIN]? Grin

MikeLitoris · 14/01/2014 16:09

Well I have been here longer than sp so thats defo makes me royalty!

MrsCakesPremonition · 14/01/2014 16:09

A very odd crone Grin
I do a good line in forelock tugging too.

muppetthecow · 14/01/2014 16:09

I've been here three years, but seem to have an unfortunate habit of accidentally killing threads. Perhaps I could apply for a position as Grand High Executioner...? Wink

PedlarsSpanner · 14/01/2014 16:10

Has this thing kicked off yet?

Can we Draw The Line?

?

MadameDefarge · 14/01/2014 16:10

excellent,, another crone to wait by the gates, Magic!

You have to be serious tho, we need a spread sheet of proper royalty so we can check against their posts to see if they are being horrid bullies and getting preferential treatment from MNHQ. This is very scientific.

For too long Royalty has been a term of abuse on MN, we need to reclaim it; be loud and proud!

Yes, I have spent six years on here without a namechange and I am PROUD!

I am throwing a coup. Viva the Republic of Mumsnet.

higgle · 14/01/2014 16:11

I've been here forever I presume I'm royalty because I'm rather out of touch with everyday life - can I be Princess Margaret, circa 1952?

PedlarsSpanner · 14/01/2014 16:11

Wow escape you is positively ANCIENT. Coooooool.

NymodigFruOla · 14/01/2014 16:11

Oh shit, I'll just accept the job of Slowest Poster On The Site Blush

PuppyMonkey · 14/01/2014 16:12

I'm going to form a Republic.Wink

MadameDefarge · 14/01/2014 16:12

This is a Royalty thread.

Its all lovelocks and lovelaces round here. And arrogance etc...

OP posts:
PuppyMonkey · 14/01/2014 16:13

Oh shit, there's already a republic Sad

ExitPursuedByABear · 14/01/2014 16:13

I have never been deleted.

And I never use the C word.

Can I be the Royal Prude?

RobinSparkles · 14/01/2014 16:15

I've been here years but I'm still a lowly peasant.

Rooners · 14/01/2014 16:15

There's been such an exponential growth...my original membership was something like 70840. It's now about three zillion, 850 million, 89952 or something.

That's in almost exactly 7 years. It's weird.

NorthernLurker · 14/01/2014 16:15

Another tenant of 6 years standing. I was accused of being Head Prefect last night so moving seamlessly sideways and upwards from that I would like to apply for the Post of Tutor to the Royal Children.
If anybody has a problem with that I'll get my board duster out.

ILoveAFullFridge · 14/01/2014 16:16

Naturally I am the Queen Mother: I have been around for donkey's 11 years. I have never been flamed, never ungracious, never deleted, never banned. The occasional faux pas, but otherwise the very image of gentility.

gobbynorthernbird · 14/01/2014 16:16

Puppy, you can be my Major-General.

fanjoforthemammaries7850 · 14/01/2014 16:17
