To cook a chicken on Christmas day?

I can buy a higher welfare chicken for less £ than a lower welfare turkey. And it will be lovely.

Ugh, turkey is vile.

Christmas is not complete without turkey and all the trimmings. I love turkey and would eat it more often if I could. Alas today we were at MILs and it was chicken. I will be cooking my own turkey in due course.

Our chicken was really, really tasty. Moist and chickeny. Delicious.
