Everything Brendan made looked like it came from a marguerite patten 1970s cookbook! That bird house was awful! I did feel for the Scottish one though (sorry can't think of his name) he really cocked up his final show stopper.
I liked beca but she was out of her league last night.
Don't like how Kimberly comes across - and of course it could be down to editing - but she seems very cocky and genuinely surprised when they dint like something.
Ruby's "oh no don't look at it, it's hideous" routine is becoming very tedious now. She is in the final. She can bake!
I liked Frances and hope she concentrates on the flavours, not just the look. I do love her stuff though. Very clever.

Ruby isn't the first person to start blubbing when the person leaving is announced. She could have been feeling guilty that it wasn't her, or sad for Becca, or just be the sort of person who can't help but show her emotions - I very much doubt she was intentionally making "cow eyes". I'm feeling quite protective of her now, there's some right nasty posts on this thread. She's a real person who could be reading this, and she hasn't done anything at all wrong.

I think Paul and Mary are quite harsh on Frances because she likes to do themes, kind of in a take the piss way, especially last night

I like Kimberley. Nothing wrong with being chuffed with yourself. She's a very good amateur baker and should be proud of herself. She's been my one to watch right from the first episode. Wish i'd put a bet on
