Just curious to see what others weigh who are the same height as me, and are you happy with your weight?

I'm trying to lose a few pounds so just thinking about all this.

Apologies if I'm being too nosy!

I agree. I'm 5'4 ( and a half!) and 9 stone 6. That makes me a size 8/10 which seems a small size compared to others for the weight iykwim.
I think the difference is often muscle ratio. I do loads of sport so presumably that has an impact?

I am the same height and weigh 9 stone 12.

5 ft 4 here and 11st 2lb. Hate the way I look and feel, much much happier at 10 but haven't been there for ages.

I'm 43 with size 14 belly and boobs and size 12 backside. When i lose weight, it all goes off my backside!

I've found that increasing the amount of fat and protein in my diet has reversed the steady weight gain I've experienced lately (been taking a few medications which predispose to weight gain) and it's not just coming off my bum like it has when I've deliberately dieted, in the past. The joys of middle age.

Whoknows the toning definitely makes a difference, I hate it if any 'fat' spills over so probably go towards a bigger size when I am untoned (is that a word?), when I am toned then I can wear smaller jeans.

I wear tight/skinny jeans so probably cann't get away with smaller sizes (clutching at straws here to make myself feel better)

I'm 5'4 and 8st 4lbs, but I would argue I'm built on the small side as I have size 4 feet and take a 30 bra back?

I'm also a classic apple shape with a 28 inch waist, so Im probably going to drop dead of a heart attack or develop diabetes any day soon...

5ft 4 (164cm) and 55kg at the moment - 8 st 9 says google...

Usually I am 2kg lighter and would like to lose them before the summer because my stomach looks flabby and has cellulite.

I used to be able to trust my appetite and have never dieted in my life, just eaten what I like, but now I'm on anti-histamines permenantly and they make me HUNGRY and I have ridiculous sugar crazes.

I am finding a size 10 tight which annoys me because I do not want to have to buy a whole new set of clothes.

Hibiscus, I weigh more than any of the ladies who have posted so far. I've been dieting for nearly 20 years and am bigger than ever!

About 25 years ago I weighed under 10 stone
I remember I nearly bought a size 10 dress. I was slim, lovely figure. But I thought I was fat.
I was 11st 2 when I first went to university, all downhill from there.
I would kill to be 11st 2 now

I'm five four five foot two/three and weighed 137.5 kilos last time I actually got weighed Blush :(
That said, I have medical issues which are in the process of fingers crossed, hopefully being sorted out, and will be able to actually move exercise again soon, so have high hopes of losing some a lot of weight.
I wear a 26/28 in trousers and have almost always just bought a MASSIVE in tops because I have always been busty, I have a 56 inch chest Confused but was a 38 at age 11 Confused

I am 5 ft 4 and currently 10 stone.

I am 27 years old and a size 12.

Happy with my size. Have been relatively constant for the past few years, but before that I fluctuated between an 8 and size 18.
(Cost me a fortune in clothes).
It's great being able to wear nice clothes year after year

P.s:
I'm not muscular but I regulary play sports and walk , so may be heavier in weight than other people of my height and dress size.

I do, however, still have flabby belly that just won't budge.

I don't care though.
Still happy enough to wear a bikini

5ft 4inches here, always between 9st 7lbs (60kg) and 9st 2lbs (58kg).

Anything about 9st7 and I start to feel the difference and I don't like it, anything below 9st 2lbs and my face seems to look drawn and older, so I stay in that range.

I find it hard work though to stay a healthy weight/BMI though, constant effort to watch what I eat. If I let myself eat to my own desire and appetite I seem to level out at the top end of a size 16 at about 12.5 - 13stone, with an unhealthy BMI and feeling miserable about myself.

9 and a half stone. Have recently had a baby so wouldn't mind losing a few pounds. I think anything below 10 stone is not overweight. But depends how you look/feel really.

Still currently carrying a fair bit of baby weight but pre-pregnancy, I weighed about 8st 5lb. Probably weigh somewhere between 9 and a half and 10 stone at the mo (don't own scales and haven't used gym scales for a while).

8st 4 and 5ft 4. Would rather be back at 8st, clothes felt better.

Would be too expensive to have to replace my full wardrobe so I'll just need to lose a bit.

Just measured myself in inches. Waist = 30 and hips = 38 (which makes my ratio 0.79 which is better than I thought). It goes to prove that shape makes a huge difference as one woman is 3 stone lighter than me but waist is only 2 inches less. I obviously have a big arse. :)

12 stone Blush but I have recently lost 8lbs!
