Have just seen photos of her poor baby tumbling out of his pram onto a pavement. I know the council should have sorted the pavement out, but he wouldnt have fallen out if he was strapped in :(

1, child not strapped in
2, Handle not up on carseat -it is supposed to be
3, On the phone/not paying proper attention to the buggy/route

Baby is not strapped in. You try putting a blanket in a carseat, baby on top of blanket, then doing up the straps. You'll be there for a loooong time.
