Yeah, but a really thin person won't have the tits to hold a strapless job up, so they won't look good either. I'm biased, a fatty with acne (just the odd touch now I'm out of adolescence, mind), and I do love lacy sleeves.

But banning's a bit extreme, in my view.

I think very few women look good in strapless.

I think even if it fits & there´s no overhang, they often make the wearer look wide/broad shouldered.

1. It's disrespectful to be married in church without shoulders covered. Doesn't matter about elsewhere, I suppose.
2. Anything strapless is usually wired into place so you don't need a bra and there's usually so much of it that you don't need a petticoat either. .

Ban all wedding dresses as they are generally hideous. But espesh strapless ones. Unless you are Audrey Hepburn-a-like you will look like a sack of spuds, and be perpetually hoiking the top up.

I don't think it has anything to do with size. Shape, carriage and toned-ness yet. I have seen some amazing-looking size 16 plus ladies in far skimpier things and they looked brilliant. I have a saggy paunch and flabby arms and would look rank. BTW I have slimmed down from a size 14 to a size 10.
