WIBU to download it to my kindle tonight to see what all the fuss is about possibly get in THE mood ?

I've just finished book 2 & quite enjoyed it. I didnt manage to finish book 1 apart from the sex scenes...

'darker' is them having a more 'normal' relationship & yes, not particularly well written, but I liked & am interested in the characters. I also don't think Anastasia is weak, she's so much stronger than I was at that age.

Don't think it's that bad tbh, I only started reading them to see what all the fuss was about & truly expected to hate it as I don't do this sort of crap but I was quite surprised at how addicted to it I became Having said that I'm part way through the 3rd book & haven't found it as interesting..........

I caved in and read the first book to see what the all the hype is about.

While it is an easy read that doesn't require too many brain cells, I can understand why so many people like it. IMO people who don't read many books.

But fuck me, what a pile of wank!

Biting her lip on almost every page, her subconscious folder her arms and tapping her foot (doesn't make any sense) and her inner goddess doing the samba! WTAF?

I almost threw my kindle across the room when I come across this on every page, for 6 fucking pages!

The main characters were far too annoying.

Sex scenes??? Tame, very tame. I've read better sex scenes that that!

Its not brilliantly written, very very long winded and repetative and I'm full of envy if anyone can have a mindblowing orgasm after less than 30 seconds of stimulation .

Can anyone tell me, very briefly, what happens in book three to save the hassle of reading it? (lazy)

Oh god it's terrible - badly written in every way, like someone who's never had a decent shag describing what they think is sexy. Misogynistic and tedious and laughable plot holes you can drive a tank through. Let alone the lack of understanding around the BDSM lifestyle, it seems if you've ever enjoyed being spanked or tied up you're a degenerate...! I hated it. I can recommend the Crossfire novels though - a bit of silly sexy fun that's actually written by what appears to be an adult and not a lovesick teenager ;)

The book is dreadful, if you are a regular reader then don't bother you will be hugely disappointed!

The film is okay first time round, anymore is just cringey, I speak from experience!

I actually loved it and can't wait till the 2nd film comes out in February
