Oh yes when my DH is driving I will roll fags for him. Before I quit I would have lit it for him too. It might have looked like I was passing a spliff but really not.

Driving under the influence of drugs is illegal and can cause fatal accidents. You can't drive properly if you're stoned. If it was just a rollup cigarette then there's less chance of an accident, but anything that distracts you whilst you're driving - including eating and drinking - can cause an accident.

I've shared cigarettes with plenty of people, none of which were spliffs
