Well I'm glad so many of you have had such a lovely time flaming the OP. But then I don't suppose any of you have a close relative who suffers from drug (cannabis) induced psychosis do you? Nah, thought not.

I'll go against the grain here and say you could mention to the employer friend of friend that you THINK there may be an issue here and leave it up to her to investigate further. She obv won't be sacking anyone on verbal hearsay but she might decide to take it on board and see for herself.

TBH if they're smoking in the company vehicle then the supervisor is probably aware of it since the car will smell. Doubly so if it's a spliff. I find it hard to believe that anyone could be as stupid as smoking a joint in a company vehicle while on duty, but then many people are caught as a result of stupidity so who knows?

This thread amused me so much yesterday that I was compelled to check back today....
