It is possible that women in this day and age can:

mow the lawn
have theur very own email address
drive when their hubby [bleurgh] is in the car
fill the car with petrol
sleep in the house without hubby being there.

I know you're ickle and cute and pwecious, but, ffs, man up.

Ok I can't drive but am learning... Think I'd struggle at a petrol pump at the moment but I bet you all did while you were learners.

I hate sleeping without DP but because I like being near him, not because I am scared. He goes snowboarding for a week every year leaving me with the children and I cope fine, he is the one who worries something might happen when he is away.

I've never mowed a lawn as we have a patio but once we sort the garden out I'm sure I could manage it, hardly looks like rocket science.

I'm probably a "wussy woman" in your book. I've always had my own email address though. Grin

Yesterday I had to rescue my dad from a ... ladybird. Seriously. It was crawling on his trousers and I had to take it off.

Sometimes I wish I had been brought up to be a girly princess.

DH likes to drive when he is in the car. To be fair, when we first had the car I was quite a nervous driver and probably made him nervous as a passenger. I think he realises I am a much better driver now but he is still a bad passenger and makes me nervous and make mistakes sometimes. Such as shouting "Go in that space, IN THAT SPACE!" in the car park, which made me nearly crash into someone as I was so focussed on him shouting.

It's quite a bonus though on longer journeys, he drives and I get to sleep. I always offer to share the driving though. It's not something that bothers me, you choose your battles. He is not controlling in any other way.

Also I don't mow the lawn because I don't particularly enjoy it. He obviously does as he always does it of his own accord.

I don't think any of this makes me a wuss. I used to be a lawyer and now work for myself. People sometimes mistake me for someone they can walk over because I am usually quiet and accommodating, but I'm actually rather assertive and confident and they soon realise their mistake.
