I absolutely love this phrase, never heard of it until I joined MN. It's now one of my favourite things to say to the fuckwits at my office (in my head of course .....silent tourettes!)

I am still of the woman I overheard at the stables a couple of years ago.

She and another woman had a run in over their DD's and a few days later one said to the other "can I have a word?" 1st mum replied "You can have two sweetheart....FUCK OFF!"

In the past 2 years not a SINGLE PERSON has asked me if they can "have a word" but when they do, I'll be ready and waiting!
