Apparently, it is a well-known "secret" in Hollywood circles that George is gay but he is no nice that no-one will out him to the press. Even the press know, but again, he is so nice that they refuse to run anything on it.

I don't care either way but if he IS, I wish he would just come out. I don't understand in this day and age why he is hiding his sexuality. Surely no-one gives a crap about that stuff any more?

I suspect a lot of middle-america do bupcakes unfortunately and then just wouldn't buy him as a straight male lead.

No. I don't beleive it, and I'll tell you for why:
I think that it can be really hard for people to believe that a really nice and studly gentleman like George can possibly be straight, so they reckon he is a gay, because straight men like him don't exist.
It's sooo easy for people to post rumours on the internet and they become "true".
He is straight, but should maybe think about going out with a woman his own age 68

She's a pretty woman in that whole are you really a woman sort of way.
She reminds me of a modern day paula yates ie that big earth mother and big sex symbol thing at the same time.

I know women who have such multicural families who live normal lives and do a great job in their (less than sexy field).

I nattered about the whole George Clooney thing with colleagues before, and they were all "hell no, he's not". One of them is very good friends with a reporter/interviewer from a big network (won't say here in case I inadvertently out myself) but basically, friend confirmed, that yes, George is indeed gay.

So there.

I just want to know how you apply for the job as "George's special lady friend", as it seems like you get to:

• hang out with George, and he seems fun
• get designer clothing.
