I get changed into my pyjamas as soon as I get home.

PippiL · 08/02/2012 20:28

I mucked out dhs car today as a nice surprise for him, and because next week I'll be recovering from an operation so won't be able to do anything nice for valentines day.

BettySuarez · 08/02/2012 20:29

I have a snowman in my freezer. It doesn't have a nose.

OhdearNigel · 08/02/2012 20:29

I have a vase of cream roses on my work desk that cost me £1.50. They are gorgeous

storytopper · 08/02/2012 20:31

Don't mind spiders at all. Just as well as we have loads of them. If they end up in the wrong place (e.g. shower) I will catch them in a Tupperware and take them into the garden.

One of my cats has suddenly started watching TV (at age 4.5). She's watching pigeons at the moment with her tail thrashing - about to launch herself at the screen.

Rootle · 08/02/2012 20:31

Tonight I have perfected the best rice pudding ever! Mmmm comfort food....

Francagoestohollywood · 08/02/2012 20:33

I have cystitis.

PippiL · 08/02/2012 20:35

Franca, ooh painful. Get another pint of water down if you can :(

TartyMcFarty · 08/02/2012 20:38

I am a bit concerned about the shonky old lean-to garage that houses our washing machine and tumble drier. It looks shite and is fragile.

I also defrosted the freezer and it appears to be still working after all.

TartyMcFarty · 08/02/2012 20:39

It's actually not a lean-to garage, but a lean-to greenhouse. A very odd arrangement, I assure you.

Heavensmells · 08/02/2012 20:41

6 yo ds told me I have a fat back this morning Blush

Antediluvian · 08/02/2012 20:44

RuleBritannia - that was my joke (hence me needing small pots of brown paint too) - but, like yelnats ... it fell on it's arse Grin

Antediluvian · 08/02/2012 20:44

CelstialNavigation · 08/02/2012 20:45

I discovered today that pear and chocolate crumble exists.

historyrepeats · 08/02/2012 20:45

I have froggy pj bottoms on and a pink t shirt with bleach on at present. Tres chic. Smile

PandaG · 08/02/2012 20:46

I was told today at work (preschool) that my name was a nice name (I was about to say thankyou) when the sentence was finished with 'for a rabbit or a guinea pig!' I nearly cried laughing!

Purplehonesty · 08/02/2012 20:48

I am over budget on my unfinished house by 60k and i am so cheesed off that I dont even care anymore, I just want to move in.
I may never be able to afford to eat but I will have lovely oak floors!

gingysmummy · 08/02/2012 20:48

i need to wax my tash but can't be arsed but look like poiroit

DonInKillerHeels · 08/02/2012 20:49

Left my keys at the office today. Such a pain!

TwllBach · 08/02/2012 20:50

Today I have eaten two bowls of porridge. I also have enough left over for two bowls tomorrow and one the day after. This is because I have never made porridge before and DP does all the cooking normally and I was too cocky to think about what I was doing or read the instructions, so just kept pouring the oats in. I am an idiot. BUT I do like porridge Grin

Purplehonesty · 08/02/2012 20:50

Oh. It's says trivial things in the thread title.

Hmm....my dh made the most horrid gravy for tea and I fed it to the dog with his dinner and made some more without telling him.

LilBlondePessimist · 08/02/2012 20:52

My sisters workmate, on seeing a pic of my 4mo ds said he looked like he should have wings and be sitting under a toadstool?!??? Wtf? I asked if she meant like a weird cherubic gnome.

Oh me too gingysmummy I keep catching sight of a man stalking me and then realise its me in a shop window. But I can't find the bleach and it's a new pot and the fiver it would cost to replace it will bugger up my budgeting. So I am manning up and piling on the make up in the vain attempt to disguise it
