I chose the paint for my hallway today and I'm already having second thoughts but it is too late as the decorator has just bought it.

fuzzysnout · 08/02/2012 16:46

I hoovered the carpet at lunchtime but it's already covered in dog fur again.

ProjectGainsborough · 08/02/2012 16:54

Ooh, ooh kayano me too! Me too exactly.

Baby's not due for another month, so I am hoping she is just excited by the vast amounts of chocolate I've been funneling down my neck...

midoriway · 08/02/2012 17:36

I thought DD broke up today for half term. She doesn't, its Friday, and I feel a bit of a duffer.

DreamingofSummer · 08/02/2012 17:37

I have two digital cameras and one film camera

hairypotter · 08/02/2012 17:52

Lexie1970 · 08/02/2012 18:00

LizzieChickens · 08/02/2012 18:02

I still have some tinsel up from Christmas.

CoffeeBucks · 08/02/2012 18:03

I am having fajitas for tea if this train ever starts to move faster & actually get me home

Spiders scare me

MissTapestry · 08/02/2012 18:05

My house is unnaturally unusually tidy, apart from a giant leaf that is sitting almost in the middle of the living room floor. It has been there for 3 days, and every time I see it I think, 'meh'

InWithTheITCrowd · 08/02/2012 18:06

I once woke up under a hedge wearing someone else's coat.
I picked up a spider out of my bath last night, to throw it out of the window, and it scutttled too much and fell down my sleeve. I couldn't work out where it was on my body so I had to take my clothes off. This is annoying, as I have spent years educating DH in spider management, and had just got him convinced that if you pick one up, it is very unlikely to fall down your sleeve.
I have disproved my own theory. Years of training, wasted.

fullofregrets · 08/02/2012 18:07

My two year old DS has crapped in the bath for the third night in a row and then watched me fish it out, adding helpfully 'you've missed a bit mommy' every so often.

diabolo · 08/02/2012 18:09

I saw a Barn Owl earlier, hunting over a snowy field, in daylight.

BeyondTheLimitsOfAcceptability · 08/02/2012 18:20

I don't remember when I last left the house!! Grin

perplexedpirate · 08/02/2012 18:32

I went for a lovely wintry walk with DS earlier, and we had hot vimto when we got in. Smile

FaginShmagin · 08/02/2012 18:34

I bought these trousers thinking they'd be a bit small.

They are too big.

Helenagrace · 08/02/2012 18:35

I won a county science competition when I was at school. My prize was an afternoon learning to drive a bus.

That wouldn't happen today - health & safety and all that.

Onesunnymorningin2012 · 08/02/2012 18:38

I once lived in a cottage, and a woodworm fell on me while I was showering.

I screamed like a screamy thing.

TiaMariaandDietCoke · 08/02/2012 18:40

Dh takes exactly twice as long to shower after a workout than me. I timed it (saddo emote).

Theres a squished dead spider on our garage steps that has been there for about 3 weeks. It may be there forever, becase there's no way I;m going near it (big scary hairy bugger, even if he is squished!)

Molehillmountain · 08/02/2012 18:45

I made a chicken stir fry for supper tonight and burnt my neck with spitting oil.

WellBlowMe · 08/02/2012 18:50

I had a frozen embryo transfer last week and have told absolutely no one ('cept DP of course).

KatieScarlett2833 · 08/02/2012 18:53

That is awesome WellBlowMe

How do you keep from blabbing?

pranma · 08/02/2012 18:55

I am eating pork and apple curry made by dh and it is delicious

WellBlowMe · 08/02/2012 18:57

Thanks KatieScarlett it is awesome Grin
It's our 4th go so I think the novelty's kind of worn off - for every one else that is. Really would hate to think I was boring people so I just don't mention it all any more and neither does anyone else!

theincredibequeenofwands · 08/02/2012 18:58

I'm ill.

My poor bloke just came in from a long meeting involving a two hour drive each way and has now been sent to a Chinese takeaway.

I feel guilty.
