Because it's not. Coke has no more fat in it than Diet Coke or Coke Zero. The difference is that Diet Coke is sugar-free but instead has all the other nasty sweeterners. So if you have to, call it "full sugar" coke or whatever but
FULL FAT coke does not exist. It's one of my pet peeves.....

Y'see this wankery grinds my gears more than anything else. Being a "super obese" person who occasionally likes a MacD's, I will have a diet coke with it. Not because I'm so stupid that I think it makes a difference as you seem to be implying, but because I haven't drunk fat coke since about 1985 and can't bear the taste. I would imagine that for 99% of the other super obese pigs that dare to eat MacD's with a drink of their choosing, it's the same thing. I drink loads of diet coke because I like it. I'd love to slap people who come out with this shit.

I learnt something new last night (and perhaps I've been dim and just not noticed it before): Diet Coke and Coke Zero are the same drink!

According to my v boring Marketing book (only reading it for my degree) Coca Cola did some research which suggested many men wanted to drink a low-calorie version of Coke, but Diet Coke had always been targetted at the female market and it put many men off buying it. So Coca Cola came up with Coke Zero and a more masculine ad campaign.

Ha! Today in the WRVS shop at work a nurse was giving the volunteer a hard time over the lack of 'healthier' diet drinks! I burst out laughing and pointed out that there was lots of lovely cold water in there!

you know what I really find ironic? Super skinny people, who stuff their faces with shit and then think they are superior to and healthier than fat people.
Ever watch 'Supersize vs Superskinny'?... Cos I have!

But its's not full fat coke, it's proper coke.
The other one is much worse for your body, has no taste and will make you fat.
