OP posts:
belledechocchipcookie · 30/08/2011 13:39

Hmm Off you go then. Be careful the door doesn't smack your arse on the way out.

festi · 30/08/2011 13:39

thats not a flaming op, somone disagreed and you got the hump. I actualy agree with Lady.

I hope you closed that door properly,

ThePosieParker · 30/08/2011 13:39

Flaming? That's flaming all right!! If you're a fly...

seeker · 30/08/2011 13:40

If you don't want people to disagree ith you don't say stupid things. And putting an under one to bed hungry and letting her cry because she threw her tea is a stupid thing to do.

MrsBaggins · 30/08/2011 13:40

Have a Biscuit
but obviously dont let your DD have any until she has finished her dinner Grin

belledechocchipcookie · 30/08/2011 13:41

Controlled crying to force a child to eat? How rediculous.

TandB · 30/08/2011 13:42

I bet the OP has left the door open a crack so she can hear what is going on.....

AitchTwoOh · 30/08/2011 13:42

well woof to you, lady. and the horse you rode in on. Grin

KurriKurri · 30/08/2011 13:42

I agree with the person who disagreed with you, she was polite, you woofed at her. Barking both literally and metaphorically.

SiamoFottuti · 30/08/2011 13:42

boo-fuckity-hoo, you delicate little flower.

that wasn't a flaming, it wasn't even a spent match. Get the fuck over yourself.

Ormirian · 30/08/2011 13:43

Wow, did you overreact a little? Shock Or were there some post missing when someone poked you with a sharp stick and threw rotten tomatoes at you?

Joolyjoolyjoo · 30/08/2011 13:43

Hmph- I read this expecting to see a flaming! That was just a little bit of singeing!

I didn't really get what you meant on that thread, tbh- I thought CC was a sleep thing?

scuzy · 30/08/2011 13:43

is there posts missing on that thread? i dont see a flaming at all???!!!

festi · 30/08/2011 13:43

I actually found it helpfull to give dd a taste of yoghurt or fruit first before giving dinner if she wasnt interested as it tends to get the taste buds stimulated.

warthog · 30/08/2011 13:43

not good etiquette to post a thread about a thread.

and i think you need to relax - cc on an 11 mo for not eating all her food??? good luck with that approach!! your poor dd Sad

fwiw if you think your last thread was a flaming you're in for a treat. Hmm

AuntieMonica · 30/08/2011 13:43

she'll want us to go out and see her in 5mins, if anyone does go, don't say anything, no eye contact, just see if she's calmed down.

if she has, then she can come back in, if not leave her 10 mins and review the situation.

AnnieLobeseder · 30/08/2011 13:44

You call that a flaming? Ha ha ha, you're funny.

Fwiw, I agree with the poster who disagreed with you, making children clear their plates is a gateway for eating disorders and went out with the last century.

scuzy · 30/08/2011 13:45

ok read it properly now. (trying to wolf down me lunch at desk and multi task)

jaysus the only one who got a flaming are the other posters from you with yer "woof woof" and chicken nugget kid.

can give it but not take it i see.

ConstanceNoring · 30/08/2011 13:45

'woof to you lady'

who the hell says that?

TandB · 30/08/2011 13:45

What does the "woof" thing even mean?

AuntiePickleBottom · 30/08/2011 13:46

no wonder, i can't belive you didn't give your child some fruit or yougurt (these are heathy foods imo not treats) just because he/she didn't clear the plate.

you are going to give that child issues with food.

KurriKurri · 30/08/2011 13:46

We need a woof emoticon. Grin

scuzy · 30/08/2011 13:47

if you feel someone is rude ye cant be rude back then post here and say your upset.

[sceptical]

ConstanceNoring · 30/08/2011 13:47

Come on Jessemy don't go - we know you're there behind the door, stay and play, you have there is so much to learn.

TheVermiciousKnid · 30/08/2011 13:48

Flaming? Hardly. Having just read the original thread, I think the comments you got were remarkably ... mild.
