to ask how many pairs of knickers you go through in a day?

DP has just text me saying he is putting the washing away and most of it is my knickers.

I wear 2-3 pairs per day and I don't think this is unusual or excessive...

Rarely wear knickers(do when on period obviously). Occasionally might wear a thong if doing a bit of dress up for dh. Stopped wearing them for years then got into the habit of wearing granny pants after dcs until my dh pointed out they were revolting. I feel much freerer without them

2 a day. One in the morning after my shower, and one complete change of clothes when I get home from work in the evening.

One pair a day, unless I've been out running/walking/cycling and would also wear a pair in bed with ye olde fanicus padicus stuck to them.

My Ex would wear his for two-3 days. . .disgusting ! . . . and as for the skid marks......eeewwwhhh.

one a day and certainly not in bed far to uncomfortable and like anyone else if I am going out then of course I change.

Two pairs a day on average if been to gym maybe three.

I do 2 -3 pairs a day, 2 on a normal day, 3 if I've done any excercise.

Oh I love a good knicker thread. One a day is normal. Maybe two if going out or excessively hot. Never at night. Sometimes go commando round the house.

Are you not supposed to wear knickers in bed at night? When are we supposed to learn important rules like that?!

1 pair a day - which I used to sleep in (have now thrown them across the room into the laundry bin from the bed - husband thinks I have gone mad), shower & fresh pair on next morning.

Seriously - I wore pyjamas as a child, then long / knee length nightshirts. Nobody said I wasn't supposed to wear knickers - after all, pjs have bottoms!

First thing in the morning: get up, shower, clean knickers.
Last thing at night, knickers off, shower, into bed au naturelle.
Didn't think there was any other way!

Iteotwawki Don't think there's an official ruling on pants in bed. I never have 'cause it feels odd to me...like wearing socks in bed. Bleeeuuurrrggghh. PJ bottoms are a bit different because they're usually baggier than pants I think.

Like other posters, I might get through 2 or 3 pairs if I've been exercising or am on the blob but usually one pair can get me through the day.

True Tobylerone. I don't think that's terribly unhygienic though. Slightly wiffy maybe. I'm more ewww at the thought of sleeping in knickers generally, whether they're fresh on or have been on all day. The latter would be worse though.

Yep. I don't wear knickers in bed either. And pj bottoms are gross. Especially if you wear them for more than one night, as most people seem to do, without knickers.

I'm just really impressed that your DH does the laundry... even though so much of it is yours!
