Whenever I read the post I cant help but be reminded of the poster. Just last week I heard one of these posts. And who makes them when? I know those questions aren?t often spelled out here but they ought to be. And you all must take responsibility for understanding when.

Back to the salient point. Talking sense and being cogent and not asking when but where. Enough idiocy. Manner up and then maybe find the marble because at this rate when will be asked more often than why.
