Most on here have lost their marbles

Let me be the one to help you find them because you have all clearly lost them. As I always say there are no stupid comments just stupid people. Whenever I read the post I cant help but be reminded of the poster. Just last week I heard one of these posts. And who makes them when? I know those questions aren?t often spelled out here but they ought to be. And you all must take responsibility for understanding when.

Back to the salient point. Talking sense and being cogent and not asking when but where. Enough idiocy. Manner up and then maybe find the marble because at this rate when will be asked more often than why.

OP posts:

You ask who makes them when, OP, but you should be asking why. Why is the question, not where or how many. As you rightly say, a rolling marble gathers no lichen but who here knows why? When is easy!

What is the sound of one hand clapping? It sounds like a post.

Lost marbles? What are you on OP? They're not lost; they're still on display in the British Museum pending return to from whence they came.

Salmotrutta · 12/08/2011 01:00

I wonder if the tiny little screwdriver belongs to a little house-elf?

Yes, Tilly - but you really should be thinking about where you heard the post, not when - Fahrenheit was very clear about that Hmm

McDreamy · 12/08/2011 01:00

OP that's all well and good BUT what kind of marbles are we talking about? Chinas, goshers? You've got to be more explicit!! Grin

Custardo, that was indeed a fiery taco bell. I thought it was Taco Belle?
Shows how much I know.

A lot of people react out of character when they feel their whole way of life is under attack. I am as willing as any to discuss the why's and wherefores of how we have arrived at a place where people are trashing the streets and looting shops. I am also prepared to look at the social economic political climate that has made it possible but am not sure how understanding I would be if they were actually outside my door and threatening my existence. then I may well have a different view even if it was only temporary

Jacksmania · 12/08/2011 01:03

Thank Salmo!

Tortington · 12/08/2011 01:03

although, we need to discuss whether we are talking cats eyes or ironettes or crystles of FRENCH cats eyes (dobber cats eyes)

Jacksmania · 12/08/2011 01:03

I agree with noddy.

Jacksmania · 12/08/2011 01:04

Has anyone said "leave the bastard" yet? If not, I will.

garlicbutter · 12/08/2011 01:04

Salmotrutta, your elves have found my spectacles-mending screwdriver! Can I have it back, please, my glasses keep falling off my face.

Salmotrutta · 12/08/2011 01:05

Were the elves rioting & looting? Was it because their Elf Maintenance Allowance has been restructured, so now they can't go to school? Confused

Salmotrutta · 12/08/2011 01:07

Oooh - sorry garlic Pesky elves!
Here you go..........

garlicbutter · 12/08/2011 01:08

Oooh, MmeDS, DING DONG! Grin

garlicbutter · 12/08/2011 01:08

Cheers, Salmo! Much better.

Salmotrutta · 12/08/2011 01:09

I do believe the elves were able to nip in unseen and loot with impunity due to the cloaks given to them by The Lady of The Wood.
