Well, I wouldn't employ unsightly people in a customer facing role. And indeed I don't. If you come to my hotel, you will only find people on the bar, serving in the restaurants, behind the reception desk etc whom are pleasing on the eye. Image is important.

But hooters don't only employ women. Their workforce is 32% male.
