surely if you fancy women you'd want to go out with a woman that looked like \ woman not a man.
nothing against gay/lesbians at all.

but this seems a bit strange to me

We don't get together very often, do we? I see Lenin around, but she's usually too busy flirting with BitOfFun or one of the other straight girls to bother with me. Must be because I look like a bloke.

hester · 20/06/2011 22:29

Hi Monstrosity! Have we met?

Stripey, how far along are you?

lesley33 · 20/06/2011 22:29

Oh well if you look like a bloke Hester I am definetly interested!
(checks sheets are reasonably clean)

stripeywoollenhat · 20/06/2011 22:30

17 weeks, but looking more like 30, i think...

hester · 20/06/2011 22:30

[Hester waggles her beer belly suggestively. And the socks stuffed underneath it.]

hester · 20/06/2011 22:31

stripey, I got offered my first seat on the tube at 13 WEEKS.
The shame Blush

drivingmisscrazy · 20/06/2011 22:32

when will the fighting start? (we've turned up, flirted a bit, surely someone butch will do some arm wrestling before long)

hester · 20/06/2011 22:32

Still, at least they cottoned on I WAS pregnant. See, told you I was femme.

hester · 20/06/2011 22:32

I could flirt with someone's girlfriend, and get smacked in the toilets?

stripeywoollenhat · 20/06/2011 22:33

even though you look like a bloke? Grin people have been watching too much channel 4.

stripeywoollenhat · 20/06/2011 22:35

oh, x-post. maybe they offered the seat because they thought you were hot...? not realising/realising you were a lesbian [delete as appropriate]?

drivingmisscrazy · 20/06/2011 22:35

ah flirting with someone's girlfriend

sparky246 · 20/06/2011 22:36

misty eyes here too, drivingmisscrazy. And I've managed to move to an almost lesbian-free zone. There is a couple who live round the corner, but they're a bit young and scowly, and when I tried smiling at them they glared at me. Hey OP, that's partly why lesbians dress butch: because it can be a lonely life and it's really nice to get spotted by other lesbians. I never get spotted (and having two children hanging off me does not help).

stripeywoollenhat · 20/06/2011 22:39

did i tell you the one about the jewish fat mother-in-law woman ...
hmm. maybe i won't be bernard, after all.

hester · 20/06/2011 22:39

Hey sparky, I have a very strong mental image of you and I like what I see [undignified middle aged flirting emoticon]

Gay40 · 20/06/2011 22:40

I'm not butch but I'll make a saucy comment at a straight woman if you like.

ManicPanic · 20/06/2011 22:40

I quite like butch women. Or very curvy femmes.

I have grown out of the habit of flirting with every lesbian I meet to prove how bisexual I am though.

drivingmisscrazy · 20/06/2011 22:40

I clocked another lesbian mum at the swings today :) made my day. She was clearly with her son and her dad. It was sweet and we both turned round and stared at one another, and then smiled - you know, that knowing smile, impossible to explain to straight people.

hester · 20/06/2011 22:41

Hi Lenin!

Have the straight girls left the thread? Shall we tell them they're welcome to stay, so long as they flirt?

sparky246 · 20/06/2011 22:41

no-just when biggots appear[still walking my rabbit and wondering whats it all about]

stripeywoollenhat · 20/06/2011 22:42

ok, i have to haul myself upstairs now, and leave you to your filth bonding....
'night.

hester · 20/06/2011 22:43

Apparently two of the mums at my dd's school fell in love and ran off with each other a few years ago. A TA told me this. I asked how long it had taken for the news to get round the playground and she said, "About 90 seconds".

I would love to have a lesbian mother near enough to have coffee with. I'm just going to have to recruit...

hester · 20/06/2011 22:43

Night stripey, don't be a stranger Smile
