Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:08

Love their tune Rockstar Bullet.

squeakytoy · 11/06/2011 22:08

birthday? left handed? dyslexic?

bellavita · 11/06/2011 22:09

I have seen him at a smaller venue in Vegas... and we were within a few feet for his last song -"Good Riddance" on his acoustic guitar and and we also saw him at Wembley too last year... He is just so... well horny.

Shoesytwoesy · 11/06/2011 22:09

oh I like green day, love singing along ot them
has anyone seen slipnot live? if so were the awesome?

PersonalClown · 11/06/2011 22:10

Nickelback is the band you don't admit to liking!

bellavita · 11/06/2011 22:10
Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:11

They're either on the autistic spectrum or thought to show autistic traits. Bet you'll sleep better knowing that Squeaky Grin.

Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:16

Excuse me lady Nickelback are fab I'll have you know Grin AND I'm not ashamed to admit it either Wink

Shoesytwoesy · 11/06/2011 22:18

personalclown is so right ds would agree.
just heard some HIM, now that was good.

squeakytoy · 11/06/2011 22:19

Dammit, I was going to say autistic traits too... I knew it about Dylan, and also a couple of the others, but it was Queen Vic that made me think it would be something else as I did not know that about her.

PersonalClown · 11/06/2011 22:21

Oh I love a bit of Nickelback and I don'd mind admitting it at all. It just seems to be 'uncool' to like them.

SarahLundsredJumper · 11/06/2011 22:26

Personal Clown listen to Theory of a Deadman -similar but better! Grin

Shoesytwoesy · 11/06/2011 22:27

I think rockstar did it tbh, up until then even ds liked them now if I put it on dd's VOCA he is not please.
her music on her VOCA is brilliant by the way, she loves metal

Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:34

Does anyone use Spotify at all?

alittlebitcountry · 11/06/2011 22:34

Smile TruthSweet - oh yeah Therapy - I was known to hit the dancefloor on the odd occasion when they were on - haven't heard Femtex in years.

Anyone remember the Wildhearts?

Gingerwrath - I'm not in the least bit cool or well informed about music I just know what I like when I hear it! I've never been a big cd collector so the majority of my best loved bands/songs were recommended by friends - I couldn't name most of Metallica's albums just like loads of their stuff and know it when I hear it.

I only really remember things by name if I own them, and even then it's not guaranteed - I am getting better now there's this MP3 whatnot though.

Cymar - I thought so, but apart from the odd download DeathMagnetic is the last full album I bought and really listened to so must be a couple of years ago now at least.

alittlebitcountry · 11/06/2011 22:36

Darn I went to sort DD out and everyone moved on...

Hi Cymar - yes just searching Avenged Sevenfold....

Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:40

Spotify.com has 3 different packages. One of them is a free thing, but you have to register and there used to be 20hrs of streamed music. Used to be able to play track as many time as you like, but they've re-done it and now there's only 10hrs per month instead of 20, plus, any one track can only be played 5 times max. Some bands don't get streamed and tribute bands are in their place instead.

Oh, forgot to mention Tenacious D's song Tribute. Flipping stonkin. Their other songs are a bit Hmm dodgy and not as good.

Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:43

Spotify is great for trying before buying. If you know the name of the song you want, type it in the search bar and if they have the band on stream, the album and artist/band should come up. Just a matter of click and listen.

Cymar · 11/06/2011 22:55

Am going to sup up and go to bed. I've taken a grand total of................ 5hrs to drink 2 glasses of Wine. It'd be a cheap night out for DH, considering a pint would probably last all night Grin.

Anyway, good night lovelies and may see you all tomorrow Smile.

Take care you lot.

BulletWithAName · 11/06/2011 23:07

Any Alter Bridge fans on here? I can't be the only one! Grin

Awomancalledhorse · 11/06/2011 23:36

BulletWithAName · 11/06/2011 23:39

Hehehe finally someone knows where my user name is from! Which show are you hoping to go to? I'm definitely going to Wembley...haven't seen them for 7 years! Grin

I saw them at their 1st UK show back in 2004 and met them after- they were really nice!
